Raquime Mercer — known professionally as Raq — founded Red Onion Solutions after more than a decade in law enforcement and digital forensics across military installations, municipal police, and a major county sheriff's office. As a Digital Forensic Analyst at Cumberland County Sheriff's Office, Raq examined hundreds of devices for ICAC investigations, homicide cases, and financial fraud matters, and appeared in court to defend those findings under cross-examination.

That courtroom experience is built into how every case is worked here. Evidence is acquired with chain-of-custody discipline from the first touch. Reports are written to survive scrutiny — from a defense attorney, a jury, or an insurance fraud examiner. When Raq signs a report, it is because the work backs it up.
